Try to cook Spatzle with spinach: I think this is a delicious dish and above all very fast if you prepare as I do. Just 10 minutes in the pan with a little oil, bacon or speck and Parmesan cheese. These are a typical dish of Trentino cuisine, they are small dumplings prepared with a mixture of spinach, eggs, flour and water. 1- Heat a little oil and add the bacon to be lightly fried (15 seconds)
2- Add the spatzle and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
3- Once ready add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and serve on the table
