Because of these rainy days more than in June it seems to be back to April and if I go to the market and I still find asparagus, all doubts are dispelled: climate change is a serious matter, we are all confused, men, animals and plants and all this is not good. But we go further.
Apart from the usual curiosity that asparagus changes the smell of urine [..even if it seems that only 50% of the population’s can feel], you should know that: you can find it between March and May, it has great diuretic and cleansing properties, there are different types and the wild one is the top, it’ is good for all types of dishes, from appetizers to side dishes (omelettes, quiches), to the main courses (with rice and pasta). The recipe that I suggest you is just pasta, fusilli with asparagus and cherry tomatoes
Here it is the 4 step recipe for 3 persons
- asparagi - 300 gr
- fusilli - 300 gr
- pomodorini - 10/12
- olio EVO - a piacere
- sale q.b. -
- prezzemolo - a piacere
- aglio - 1 spicchio
1.Cut asparagus and cherry tomatoes into quarters
2.In the Wok we fry the garlic and then add our asparagus and let it fry for a few minutes, then a trickle of water.
3.A this point add the tomatoes, salt and a little oil and cook for 10 min.
4.Once boiled, let's add our fusilli in the wok and jump them with asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Add our chopped parsley and let it rest for 1 min. after which you can serve them.
